High temperature steam resistant hose
I. Structure
Both inner and outer rubber layers of high temperature steam resistant hose are produced from synthetic rubber with outstanding thermal resistance. EMPIRE armored fabric hose for steam delivery is wound with galvanized metal spiral wires and is able to effectively increase hose strength and improve the pressure capacity.
II. Features
Good flexibility, light weight, excellent bending performance and thermal resistance.
III. Use
The high temperature steam resistant hose is designed for delivery of saturated steam or superheated water of 165°C~220°C, and may be used as flexible tubes in steam cleaners, steam hammers, plate vulcanizers and injection molding machines.
