Fabric-braid hose
I. Structure
Fabric-braid hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, 1~2 gummed thread braid or spiral gummed thread reinforced and the outer rubber layer. φ3.2mm~φ38mm fabric-braid hose for fuel delivery, special fabric hose for air delivery and fabric-braid hose are available in lengths of over one hundred meters.
II. Features
1. Our hoses are featured by small O.D. tolerance, outstanding oil resistance and thermal resistance, and are light, flexible and durable.
2. The minimum burst pressure is 3 times the working pressure.
III. Use
Fabric-braid hose may be used for delivery of gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other mineral oil by diesel engine, and has excellent resistance to oil corrosion and can also be used to deliver engine oil below 100°C. Besides, it is also applicable to petroleum-based medium, oil-water emulsion, compressed air and inert gases.
IV. Working temperature
Hose working temperature no lower than -30°C.
