Empire fabric reinforced rubber hoses are able to stand high temperature of 300°C and low temperature of -70°C, and provide excellent oil resistance. Our products are available in various lengths between 4mm and 50mm and in multiple colors: black, red, blue, white, grey, green and transparent (available in other colors as per customer requirements.)
I. Structure
Silicone hose is produced by raw silicone rubber by using a double-roller mixing machine or in an enclosed kneading machine, in which process white carbon black and other auxiliaries are used in refining, and then the hose is extruded in accordance with industrial standards.
II. Features
1. Outstanding resistance to low temperature, high temperature and high pressure.
2. Outstanding resistance to electric arc and corona, and good electric insulation.
3. Environment friendly, nontoxic and odorless, compliant with related food safety standards.
4. Flexible and customizable as per customer requirements.
III. Use
Silicone rubber has no adhesion with other materials and is able to withstand repeated stewing and disinfection, and is therefore widely used in health care and food industry, including medical devices, potable water equipment as well as accessories for mechanical equipment in industries of aviation, chemical, electronics, electric appliance and automobile. Silicone hose is healthy and hygienic, meets various environmental requirements, and is therefore used to impact and tear as a result of its excellent resistance. It may be used to carry and deliver various types of media.
IV. Hose types
Common hoses include: Silicone hose for medical use, food-grade silicone hose, special silicone hose and silicone fittings.
Medical silicone hose is mainly used as accessories of medical devices, medical tubes, and adopts bacteriostatic design, to ensure safety in use.
Food-grade silicone hose is mainly for use as conduction pipe in water dispensers and coffee machines and as protection to circuits from water.
Industrial silicone hose is produced from silicone rubber of special performance and is therefore used as protection to media circulation in special situations.
Special hose for automobile is mainly used on turbochargers, heating system and radiators and is featured by high safety and reliability.
