Our patented oilfield pipeline is also known as Double-side Heat Tracing Pressure-Proof Compound Delivery Hose, is an ideal substitute of traditional steel pipes used by oilfields, which solves blockage and freezing problems of hoses due to ambient temperature changes and abnormal operation during crude oil and water delivery process and marks a new invention in pipeline technologies.

I. Structure

It is composed of a core pipe, braided reinforcement layer, with electric heating strap, protection layer between the core pipe and reinforcement layer and is manufactured by continuous dynamic combination. The product is available in maximum length of 200m by a single piece of pipe and may be fitted by metal crimping by using special equipment, to realize internal expansion and external crimping. With help of the unique fitting method, 360° complete sealing is realized between the connector and hose body with consistent pipe diameter.

II. Fitting Methods

EMPIRE oilfield pipeline adopts nut connection between pipes, which is realized by inserting one end with the electrical heating strap into an end terminal and has the other end connected to the fireproof and explosion-proof power junction box. The heated system by such electrical heating strap is equipped with automated output power regulation, therefore, it will not be damaged by the heat generated. The electrical heating strap can be activated quickly and realizes uniform heat distribution and automatic temperature control. All temperature changes, global or local, can be adjusted automatically without additional temperature control mechanism.

III. Features

1. Good resistance to corrosion and scaling, small flow resistance, good thermal insulation, high pressure capacity and long service life.

2. In cold areas or in winters, it can quickly relieve the pipe from blockage or freezing and is featured by easy construction and simple structure.

IV. Advantages

In comparison with existing technologies, an electrical heating strap made from core materials of PTC core belt is used between the core pipe that is made from modified high-molecular polymer and spiral reinforcement layer that is made of reinforced fabric or steel wires. When in use, the constant temperature controller on electrical heating strap is able to heat the pipe to 105°C. Once blockage or freezing is found, the controller will put through power supply and eliminate the blockage or frozen conditions in a gathering and delivery pipe in very short time, ensuring smooth operation of delivery. There are grooves on the outer walls of the pipe, in which two electrical heating straps are located in symmetric positions, thus they can realize satisfactory effect and are easy to install and maintain good integrity of the pipe.
