EMPIRE high wear-resisting sandblasting and guniting hose is developed through cooperation between our corporation and experts in National Rubber Hose Research Center, is produced by using our unique formula and advanced technology, and provides 2-3 times better wear resistance than normal hoses.
I. Structural features
The hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, reinforcement layers and wire-braid layers. The inner rubber layer takes polyurethane and butyl rubber as main material, to which special reinforcement agents are added. The inner rubber layer of our finished products is in transparent yellow color and provides excellent wear resistance, flexibility and pressure capacity. The reinforcement layer is produced by quality adhesive tape, and is very flexible and provides high pressure capacity. The reinforcement layer is braided by using special coppered wires, and therefore provides 3-4 times higher working pressure than fabric hoses. It has excellent pressure capacity and yield strength.
II. Use
Sandblasting and guniting hose is mainly for anchoring of tunnels, shaft, chambers and slopes of various types, and is widely used in industries of hydropower, mining and national defense.
