According to the joint inspection and test by China Architecture Design Group, Ministry of Petroleum and Chemical and Ministry of Metallurgy, our rubber compensators are in compliance with related standard requirements in terms of main technical specifications, working pressure, burst pressure, vacuum degree, working temperature and applicable media. By the materials used, our rubber compensators are applicable to various media and environment, including acid, alkali, corrosive medium, oil and high-temperature medium.
I. Structure
Rubber compensator is generally composed of rubber flanged corrugated smooth compensating elements on both ends and corresponding metal flanges. The corrugated compensating element has rubber surface with inner layer made of several fabric or wire reinforcement layers that extend to the rubber flanges on both ends. Hard wire support structures are provided in the flanges. Fitting methods include thread fitting, flange fitting and clamp fitting.
II. Hose types
1. By profile: concentric and equant type, concentric reducing type and eccentrical reducing type.
2. By structure: single-ball type, double-ball type and elbow-ball type.
3. By fitting methods: flange type, thread type and threaded flange type.
4. By working pressures: the following seven types: 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa, 4.0MPa and 6.4MPa.
III. Features
1. High elasticity, good air tightness, media resistance and weatherability.
2. Small size, light weight, easy to install and maintain and long service life.
IV. Use
Because of the excellent overall performance of our flexible rubber connectors, they are widely used in various public projects in industries of chemicals, building construction, water supply and drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industries, refrigeration, health care, heating, fire control, electric power facilities.
V. Function
Rubber compensators allow large displacement of various types and are especially applicable to complicated geological conditions, large settlement and potential pipe damages by frequently changing temperature during operation. With the elasticity of rubber and its functions in transferring mechanical forces and heat generated by sliding displacement and deformation, the rubber compensators can effectively protect pumps and valves from physical damages caused by displacement of the pipe.

Note: 1.Please consult us for special needs and customized specifications. Flanges are subject to Collection of Drawings for General Purpose Application in China, and other products are available in accordance with HG/T2289-92.
2. Working pressure is 1.6MPa for DN350~600(2) type and 2.5MPa for DN32~400(3) type.
3. Working pressure is 1.0 MPa for DN700~DN1200 type, 0.6MPa for DN1400 type, 0.4MPa for DN1600~DN1800 types; standard working pressure for flanges is 0.6MPa. Working pressure is 0.25MPa for DN2000 type and 0.60MPa for all flanges.
4. DN200 type or larger products should be used in overhead water supply, in which case pipes must be provided with fixed supports, otherwise release protection measures should be taken.
5. If rubber connectors are used, their compatible flanges include valve flange or flanges in compliance with GB/T9115.1 (RF).
