Our conveyors and belts are very cost-effective and are also available in customized specifications and models with auxiliary accessories on basis of customer needs, such as our drive reversion roller series, carrier roller series, motorized roller series and holders and lifting lugs. Empire products are sold and used in various industries in China, including metallurgy, steel making, coal and hydropower ext. , and are especially popular among customers in Russia, South Africa, Mongolia and Kazakhstan ext..
I. Type
EMPIRE conveyor belts include cotton canvas belts, NN series nylon belts (NN-100, NN-150, NN-200, NN-300), EP series polyester belts (EP-100, EP-150, EP-200, EP-300), V-belts, large angle (corrugated edge) conveyor belts, skirt insulation belts, annular belts, patterned belts, water-stop belts and PVC flame-resistance belts. The patterns and height of conveyor belts differ by the materials to be conveyed and the inclination in conveyance. Common pattern conveyor belts include: herringbone patterned conveyor belts, splayed patterned conveyor belts, fishbone-pattern conveyor belts, U-pattern conveyor belts, cylindrical pattern conveyor belts, dotted pattern conveyor belts and conveyor belts with customized patterns as per customer needs. We also provide special-performance conveyor belts, flame-resistant conveyor belts, heat-resistant conveyor belts, acid-resistant conveyor belts, alkali-resistant conveyor belts, cold-resistant conveyor belts, high temperature-resistant conveyor belts and food product conveyor belts.
II. Features
In comparison with other handling equipment, conveyors have the advantages of high safety, easiness to use and maintain, low costs, continuous operation and shorter handling distance.
III. Use
Conveyors are widely used in industries of steel making, coal, metallurgy, chemical, building materials and food industry, for conveyance of materials that are free from corrosive effects and are in forms of blocks, particles and powder at room temperature.

V. Performance Indicators
1. Full-thickness tensile strength of rubber belts:
(1) Longitudinal tensile strength should be no lower than the following nominated values: 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 600, 630 and 800N/mm.
(2) Full-thickness longitudinal breaking elongation ≥10%, full-thickness longitudinal reference force elongation ≤4%.
(3) Linearity ≤25mm.
