Among all known plastic materials, PTFE provides the best chemical corrosion resistance, dielectric properties and aging resistance, and has no viscidity. In situations with zero load, it may be used with a wide temperature range from -180%°C to +260°C, and has the lowest friction coefficient among all known solid materials. Pipes, bars, sheets, films, bearings, washers, valves and other special-purpose structures and parts made from PTFE are widely used in industries of machinery, chemical, aviation, electricity and electronics, national defense, sophisticated technologies, medical care and electric insulation.
I. PTFE pipe
1. Structure: The pipe is manufactured through extrusion from suspension-polymerized PTFE.
2. Use: Insulating protection sleeve of wires and pipes for corrosive liquids.

II. PTFE bar
1. Structure: The bar with diameter from 4mm to 9mm is produced from dispersion-polymerized PTFE through pressured extrusion after coating operation. Bars with diameters from 10mm to 50mm are produced from suspension-polymerized PTFE through pressured extrusion by plunger machines. Bars with diameter of 50mm and larger are produced by molding.
2. Use: Electric installation parts, sealing cushions and adhesion protection material.
