Our buoy, floating structure and floating mark are produced by using imported advanced rotational molding technologies in enclosed environment. Empire MDPE buoy is noctilucent, easy to assemble and is able to withstand large wave. Our products are available in customized shape, specification, and size as per customer needs.
I. Features
1. Good flexibility. Our products provide excellent impact resistance with no cracking risks. The product is filled with foamed plastics, and provides large buoyancy and remain usable even the outer case is broken.
2. Light weight. It is easy to handle and install at very low transportation costs.
3. Good resistance to corrosion and aging, long service life.
4. Low cost. Our products provide obvious better cost effectiveness over competitor products.
II. Use
The buoy, floating structure, floating mark for steel dredging pipeline are mainly used to provide buoyancy support to marine delivery pipeline and are applicable in areas with strong waves. The low gravity center gives them better reliability in operation.
