Rubber sheet is a sheet product with certain thickness and large area produced from rubber as the main material (with fabric materials, thin metal sheets as reinforcement) by calendering, bonding or extruding and forming and then vulcanized on a plate vulcanizer or vulcanized continuously on a drum-type vulcanizer. II. Features

It has high tear strength and excellent elasticity, and is therefore able to stand penetration by hard objects. It has good cracking resistance, outstanding comprehensive aging resistance and ozone aging resistance, and is therefore able to stand erosion by UV rays and corrosion by chemical matters in the atmosphere.

III. Use

Rubber sheets are widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, transportation industries and as roofing and floor materials, as sealing rings, cushions, door and window seals and as a building material of work bench and floor.

1. By inserts: Pure rubber sheets and rubber sheets with fabric insert or metal reinforcement insert.

2. By material: Fluororubber sheets, silicone sheets, NBR sheets and isobutylene isoprene rubber sheets, etc.

3. By application: Industrial rubber sheets, non-toxic food rubber sheets and rubber floor, etc.

4. By physical and chemical properties: Fabric-insert rubber sheets, fabric-covered rubber sheets, insulating rubber sheets, flame retardant rubber sheets, oil-resistant rubber sheets, acid/alkali resistant rubber sheets, non-slip patterned rubber sheets, square non-slip rubber sheets, round non-slip rubber sheets, asbestos rubber sheets and oil-resistant asbestos rubber sheets.

5. By color and finish: Black rubber sheets, green rubber sheets, red rubber sheets, white rubber sheets, yellow rubber sheets, blue rubber sheets, grey rubber sheets, cloth-pattern rubber sheets and ultra-wide rubber sheets, etc.
